The Dray House offers spacious, self-contained accommodation for two in Nyetimber, Pagham. Arranged entirely on the ground floor, the 955 sq ft property has a vaulted open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, king-size bedroom and shower room with walk-in shower.

The kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living area includes a 60-inch Smart TV, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. Outside, guests have access to the garden and outdoor seating, together with secure off-road parking.

 

Regular local buses connect Pagham with the cathedral city of Chichester and the coastal town of Bognor Regis. Within easy reach are Chichester Harbour, Bosham,
the Weald & Downland Living Museum, West Dean Gardens, Goodwood, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Chichester Festival Theatre and Pallant House Gallery.
